All about the Minnesota Fishing Museum
You’ll be inspired to reel in ‘the big one’ when you see the Minnesota Fishing Museum’s display of record-breaking fish caught in local waters. Wander through the current collection of over 10,000 artifacts to see what fishing in Minnesota was like a long time ago. Would you like to live in an old-timey fish camp by a frozen lake? A life-size log cabin recreates the scene. See antique tackle boxes, boat motors dating back to 1902, and a diorama of Northern Pike just waiting for the lucky angler.
The Minnesota Fishing Museum and Hall of Fame in nearby Little Falls has a Master Angler Program with three award categories for both children and adults. Enter your giant-size catch in the Master Angler competition. You might wind up in the Hall of Fame for fishing in Minnesota.
Fishing at Two Rivers Campground
Bring your boat and launch it into the Mississippi River from our dock and boat ramp. Once you are afloat upon the mighty Mississippi, you are likely to reel in smallmouth bass, channel catfish, walleye, northern pike, muskellunge, black crappie and bluegill.
